My name is Andre Koen, M.Ed.
I'm a father and husband. I have taught in k-12, and collegiate environments. I earned my Master's in Education at the University of St.Thomas in St. Paul.
Since then I have worked as a healthcare leader, adjunct professor, and in government.
I seek to be a voice for positive change, advocating for policies that empower students, teachers, and the community to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
Who I Am and What I Do
As a child, I was a Head Start program student. Today, with my Masters in education, I am here to ensure that everyone has what they need to run their race.
